동이 사진은 고기만 올렸지만, 진짜 하이라이트는 제첩국밥입니다.
Although I only posted a photo of the meat, the real highlight here is the clam soup.
담백하고 시원한데 깊은 맛도 있어서
해장용으로도 훌륭하고, 이상하게 술도 당깁니다.
It’s clean and refreshing, yet deeply flavorful
perfect as a hangover cure, but oddly enough, it also makes you crave a drink.
묵직하지 않은데 여운이 길게 남는 국물 맛.
It’s light on the palate, but the finish lingers in the best way.
고기 퀄리티는 말할 것도 없고,
숯, 겻들이는 반찬, 김치, 심지어 소금까지
전체 밸런스를 생각하고 조율된 느낌이에요.
The meat quality speaks for itself
but what stood out was how even the charcoal, side dishes, kimchi, and yes, even the salt
felt carefully curated to create overall balance.
하나하나 따로 놀지 않고 조화롭고, 과하지 않습니다
Nothing clashed. Everything just worked together no overkill, no distractions.
그리고 고깃집인데도 연기나 냄새 거의 안 납니다.
Surprisingly, for a barbecue place, there’s almost no smoke or odor.
식사 후에도 불쾌함이 남지 않아 좋았고,
공간이 전체적으로 쾌적하다는 느낌이였어요!.
Even after the meal, you feel fresh
which says a lot about how thoughtfully the space is designed.
