직접 만든 바게트를 통으로 주시는데 반절은 비건고객을 고려해서 계란을 안바르고 만드셨다고 해요~사장님의 섬세함이 인상 깊었습니다

데이트를 하신다면 각각 시켜서 나눠드시는걸 추천합니다
특히 꿀을 넣은 돼지고기 요리가 상당히 부드럽고 맛있었습니다~동파육같은 느낌인데 중국에서 프랑스로 이민온 사람들의 돼지갈비 요리법을 프랑스식으로 재해석해서 만드셨다고 하네요
비건코스의 메인은 라따뚜이입니다
프랑스 남부 전통방식으로 직접 만드신 소스에 두부, 토마토, 가지 등 프랑스에서 먹은 것보다 훨씬 맛있었습니다
프렌치 프레스로 내린 커피로 깔끔하게 마무리했구요
음식의 맛과 식감에서 하나하나 정성이 느껴지고
세심하게 대접받은 기분이 오래오래 좋은 기억으로 남을거 같습니다^^
I went to Sookmyung Womens University Station (Namyeong Station) because it was recommended as a great French food restaurant. Its a space where up to 6 people can enjoy and eat in private, and I really liked the cozy and comfortable atmosphere^^
They gave us whole baguettes that they made themselves, and half of them were made without eggs to accommodate vegan customers. I was impressed by the owners delicacy.
There is a regular course and a vegan course.
If youre going on a date, I recommend ordering each person to share.
In particular, the pork dish with honey was very tender and delicious. It tasted like pork ribs, but they say they made it by reinterpreting the pork rib recipe of people who immigrated to France from China in a French style.
The main dish of the vegan course is ratatouille.
It was much more delicious than the one I had in France, with tofu, tomatoes, and eggplant in a sauce made in the traditional southern French way.
We finished it off neatly with coffee brewed using a French press.
You can feel the sincerity in each and every taste and texture of the food.
I think the feeling of being treated with care will remain as a good memory for a long time^^
