4 /5 Joonyoung Kim: This buffet restaurant is located on the first floor of the Grand Josun Hotel. It offers a wide variety of dishes, and many of them are delicious. However, compared to the "La Seine" buffet at the Lotte Hotel, the selection and overall taste fall a bit short. That said, the biggest advantage of this restaurant is its ambiance. The interior design is truly stunning - stylish, bright, and very attractive. In terms of atmosphere, its the best among all the 5-star hotel restaurants in Busan. The staff were friendly, and the tables were spaced generously apart, with a relatively low overall seating capacity. This created a pleasant and quiet dining environment, which I appreciated.
Nevertheless, there were some definite downsides, such as the limited ice cream selection and the fact that grilled dishes seemed to be pre-cooked and simply reheated. Also, the lobster was pre-cooked to the point it had become cold and chewy. Theres significant room for improvement in the food aspect.
